1. Regularly inspect all sealing surfaces and welds of the plate heat exchanger to observe for any abnormal phenomena such as leakage. If leakage is found, mark the leakage area in a timely manner and deal with it after the plate heat exchanger is shut down.

2. Plate heat exchangers should be checked regularly for pressure gauges and thermometers to observe for any abnormal phenomena.

3. When stopping the plate heat exchanger, slowly close the inlet valves of the hot and cold media, and then close the outlet valves of both media. When starting up, do the opposite. First open the outlet valve, and then slowly open the inlet valve.

4. Regularly test the low-pressure side medium to prevent the mixing of high-pressure side medium. If there is any mixing, it indicates internal leakage and the plate heat exchanger should be shut down for treatment.
